Join Erica with Movewell at our Raleigh store this Thursday, April 23rd, 6:15 - 7pm for for Mat Pilates that combines core-focused mat-work from Joseph Pilates' original mat sequence to strengthen your powerhouse.

Classes take place upstairs in the Weaver Street Market Mezzanine event space. Street parking is free after 6pm - bring your own mat and a water bottle.
