Busy January for Maryland Project Firstline Escape Room Trainings
The MD Project Firstline team would like to recognize the organizations that hosted our Escape Room training throughout
January. We were pleased to collaborate with the Kennedy Krieger Institute in
Baltimore and had an excellent experience partnering with Medical Facilities of
America at their Riverdale location. We received a warm welcome from the staff
at St. Joseph’s Nursing Home in Catonsville and we were grateful for the
opportunity to return to Keswick Multi-Care Center in Baltimore. Finally, it
was a pleasure working with the dental professionals at Germantown Pediatric
Dental Center in Germantown. You all shared with us that your staff found the training effective and enjoyable.
As MD Project Firstline continues delivering our Escape Room
training to healthcare facilities across Maryland, we greatly appreciate your
willingness to share our program with colleagues and partner organizations. Your support has expanded our reach
and allowed us to continue offering this interactive and
educational experience to healthcare facilities in Maryland.

Ice Micro-Learn February 4 Download
the Ice Micro-Learn job aid, pictured above, to prepare for our discussion on how ice and ice equipment spread harmful germs and what you can do to prevent the spread of infections.
Download the Hand Hygiene job aid, above, to help you prepare for the upcoming webinar when we will discuss the importance of hand hygiene. While the following Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) interactive training scenarios are not new, MD Project Firstline has made it easier for you to share these resources with your team. Click "Print" when you open a resource using the links below and the QR code will be included at the top of the page. Hang these in common areas of your facility so your team can scan the QR codes and complete the interactive scenarios on their phones in English or Spanish, excluding the Where Germs Live in Healthcare resource, which is only available in English.
We hope these interactive resources are useful additions to your infection control training materials. |
