Congratulations to the First Critical Care Quick Study Award Winner!

The first Critical Care Quick Study Award was presented at the 2025 Critical Care Congress.


Jennifer McKay, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP, from St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio received the award for her Septic Shock 2021 Guidelines Reference Sheet, a one-page graphic outlining key elements of septic shock treatment. Scoring rubric criteria included quality, relevance, and factual accuracy.

The Critical Care Quick Study, an open-access repository in the SCCM Resource Library, offers microlearning content for healthcare professionals. It is a valuable resource for SCCM members and the public, providing concise, evidence-based educational material on critical care topics.
