Camoin Associates participated in the Manufacturers Association of Maine’s (MAME) Annual Meeting on May 16, 2025, where we presented a new data toolboxβ€”a suite of workforce resources developed in partnership with MAME, the Maine Department of Labor, Maine Technology Institute, and the Maine Forest Bioproducts Advanced Manufacturing Tech Hub.

Since Fall 2024, this collaborative effort has produced a workforce gap analysis, industry survey findings, career pathway tools for high-demand occupations, and a strategic plan focused on narrowing Maine’s projected workforce gap over the next five years.

The data toolbox will be available on MAME’s websitein June. It will provide employers, educators, and workforce stakeholders with actionable data and planning tools to support workforce development across the manufacturing sector.
