✈️ Staff Retreat in Saratoga Springs, NY

On October 23-25, we held an in-person staff retreat in Saratoga Springs, NY, to celebrate our 25th anniversary and update our company's strategic plan. Our employees work 100% remotely and live in cities across the US, so the retreat was a wonderful way to get to know each other better.

In addition to brainstorming ideas to help shape our strategic plan, we also enjoyed some fun team-building activities in Camoin Associates' birth city, including a ghost tour, a hike at Saratoga State Park, and bowling at Strike Zone. We also donated several boxes full of canned and other non-perishable food to the Franklin Community Center's Food Pantry and helped stock their shelves with it for immediate distribution.
