Last month, we welcomed two new Economic Data and Research Analysts to our team:.


Bridget Byrnes recently graduated from Murray State University in Kentucky with a Master of Public Administration degree with an emphasis in economic development. She is passionate about leveraging data to develop meaningful insights and solutions that foster impactful community and economic development activities.


Bailey McConnell comes to us with more than five years of experience in economic development, public policy, and real estate development advisory. In her previous roles, she used her data analysis skills to guide economic recovery and competitiveness strategies and support business attraction, strategic planning, real estate development, and affordable housing projects. She has a Master of Interdisciplinary Studies degree from Georgia State University with an emphasis in urban studies.


Bridget and Bailey will work on a variety of economic development projects at Camoin Associates, including real estate and industry market analysis, development feasibility studies, economic and fiscal impact analysis, and economic and workforce development strategies.
