Constellation® Rackmount Receivers are Now Available!

Rackmount Receivers for the Constellation Fault Managed Power system are available in single and dual input versions. These feature 5 x 110 V outlets (North America) or 5 x 230 V outlets (International) supplying up to 1000 W AC, and a higher DC output allowing up to 1800 W total power.

Both the CPCR-1 SN/SI and CPCR-DN/DI are reversible allowing for the positioning of power outputs that align with the intended environment. A Propel™ compatible slot is provided on both the front and rear of the device that enables convenient fiber breakout.

 
They can be mounted in standard 19” racks, wall mount cabinets or low-profile wall enclosures.

Constellation Ceiling Mount Receiver
This receiver uses hybrid power/fiber cabling to deliver up to 1 kW of Fault-managed power (FMP) and of data from the main equipment room to compact distribution hubs (Constellation Edge Enclosure) located up to 500 meters away. Each Constellation Edge Enclosure is a mini TR or IDF, connecting and powering up to 50 devices via Category 6/6A patch cords.

Installation — Constellation® Calculator

What edge distance will Constellation support? The Constellation calculator can help in the design process. This configurator will generate a bill of materials for a Constellation power delivery system. Simply select the quantity of convergence points, adjust the length and select the cable from the menu.
