Port of Tacoma Commission to meet April 21

Port of Tacoma Commissioners on April 21 will consider authorizations regarding environmental investigations at Parcel 1A, tide gate upgrades for the Fife Ditch, preliminary work for the Neptune Mitigation Project, and a purchase and sale agreement for 13120 Tilley Road SW. Join the Earth Day Beach Cleanup April 18

Calling all beach lovers and nature stewards! Join the Port of Tacoma in partnership with Parks Tacoma for a special Earth Day Beach Cleanup on Saturday, April 18 at noon at Dickman Mill Park on Ruston Way. Port celebrates the 2026 Daffodil Festival

The Port of Tacoma joined the community in celebrating one of Pierce County’s longest-running spring celebrations, the Daffodil Festival. Port Commissioners Deanna Keller and Kristin Ang rode in the Grand Floral Parade on April 4. The Port also hosted the 2026 Daffodil Royal Court for a special bus tour, giving the 24 princesses a behind-the-scenes look at Port operations. Read more ⇒
