Dear Student Affairs Family,

Thank you to everyone who participated in last week’s in-person World Café session. We received valuable insights and thoughtful ideas on how Senior Leadership and I can continue to strengthen our leadership, direction, organizational effectiveness, culture, and engagement within the division.

I understand this is a particularly busy time in the semester, and that some of you were unable to attend. To ensure everyone has the opportunity to share their perspectives, please take a few moments to submit any additional ideas by Friday, October 24. Anyone in the division can submit feedback, including those who were unable to attend, and/or those who attended and may have some final thoughts.
