NACCTFO Annual Conference

Help county personnel navigate student loans with Savi

The Department of Education has announced that involuntary collections will resume for over 5 million borrowers in default, with another 4 million in late-stage delinquency. 

County HR professionals should prepare for an increase in employee questions and the administrative burden of processing garnishments. NACo’s Savi student loan repayment tool is available to help counties and their employees navigate this process.
