Real-Time Analysis of mRNA Translation Using HiBiT Technology

A central challenge in mRNA therapeutics is understanding how mRNA design impacts protein expression. Cap structure, UTRs, coding sequence, and nucleotide modifications influence not only protein yield, but also expression kinetics and duration.
